Are We Not Making Disobedient Apologetics?
Jesus himself is a good model. Jesus preached the kingdom of God, but he spoke to different people very differently. With Nicodemus, it's, you must be born again, John 3; in John 4, the woman at the well, it's,. you must drink living water. And I think that reflects love for them, wisdom, insight. Paul does faithfully preach the gospel, but he does so into very different ways. It doesn't mean compromising or softening the gospel message. It means speaking it in a way that will be compelling to our actual hearers.
