Jeffrey Toobin: Is there any agency that's talking about oversight in terms of reporting? SZA. No, let's talk to Alan Friedman and ask him. This is a made-per-su-legal action for violations of federal law with their response to the 2020 attack on the company's infrastructure. That's different from civil. We should mention violations of certain provisions of the US federal securities law. The only thing I can think of is that any change in the value of a security must be reported immediately to stockholders as well as the SEC.
