Dow Transport's a far underperformed after the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank on concerns of the impact of tightening credit and rising rates for their retail and manufacturing customers. Frank Holland: Despite what should be the whole sector emerging from all of these issues strongly, they're emerging from it and facing potentially a demand downturn.
