The Ballad of the Bald Knobbers by Andrew Cogburn

Bald Knobbers were a group of men who rioted and terrorized Tandy County, Georgia in the late 1800s. The murder of Rick Hogburn gave those who opposed them courage to form an opposition group which would follow the laws of the state. 60 men signed on to the militia - they called themselves the anti-B Bald Knobbers. Charles Gattu says he's not going to be able to get the song "The Ballad of the Bald Knobber" out of his head.
