A running a marathon when you haven't run at all is absolutely something that could be a goal, but we got to break it down small enough so that we can actually measure our progress. If you have a goal of running amarathon, we need to break itdown super small. Maybe two, five c maybe, you know, just walk for a minute first. That's tolly fine. Just also knowing that our long term goal is something much bigger. So we meet a goal, we set a new goal, we meet that goal, we setting another goal, and we just keep moving
