Do Your People Have the Basic Needs of Food, Water, Warmth and Rest?

Do your people have the basic physiological needs of food, water, warmth and rest? Do you give them breaks throughout the day so that they can be productive? So think about the most remote, random worker on your project sides. Do they feel like they belong? Are they being huddled with? Have somebody reached out to them? Do they know what winning looks like? Has somebody asked them how they're doing mentally? And then ask yourself, do the people on your project side feel like they're achieving their full potential, inc including creative activities, and doing their best work? If they're not, it's probably because some of these lower level rungs are not cared for. I
