Introduction

Spotify has scaled from 2 million subscribers to 50 million, about 8 million people. There are some things and aspects of product management that definitely differ as you like scale up that large. We'll move through some content and then let's have a really informal Q&A. I will also be around at the tail end of it to talk individually with folks who have very pointed questions.
