The Reversal of the Remote Work Trend
I think it depends because I think one of the things that it does do is show employees how much companies are really invested in then coming back. Google also say that the managers could start to take into account office attendance and performance reviews. And coming off of months of layoffs, I think you might see fear start to drive some employees back to the office. It's like there was this remote work trend which was really good, we think, for diversity. But now it's reversing itself and that might be really bad for diversity.
