i once had this thought, maybe i'm putting too much of a burden on my husband by not talking more. I don't have to worry, because if he wants to break the silence, he can say somethingo might be surprised. Next week during our one o one, i'm going to ask you one key question that's important to me and that is, how could i be a better boss for you? And i'd love to have you prepared to share maybe three, five things, whatever you feel is appropriate. But please know that i'm very open to it.
