Bob Passani: Stocks are closing out a strong week, up about 4% on the S&P. He says energy stocks are having a very good week; ExxonMobil's at a new high. The VIX has been coming down for several weeks and is still near its lowest close since October 13th. Bob also talks with CEO of Huntington Bank, which is the best performer in the S-P right now.
