The Most Popular Opinion of the Prophet Sallam

There are over 10 opinions in the earliest books of Islam about the exact day that the Prophet Sallam was born. The 12th of Rabir al-Awal seems to have much less weight than the 2nd and the 8th and the 10th because these 3 have tabirun tabirun they have descendants of the Prophet SAllam whereas the opinion of the 12th it is by Ibn al-Aq who doesn't have any chain so if this is the case why then is the opinion or the most popular? This leads us to a controversial issue but I don't shy away from controversy as you all know  because celebrating birthdays is not a custom that comes
