Freedom of Information Act - Is That Right?

In 2005, Guardian journalist Rob Evans applied to see a number of pieces of correspondence to and from Prince Charles. He argued that there was a public interest in those being released because Charles was effectively engaged in lobbying. In 2010, that public interest appeal was removed. So there was an absolute blanket ban on the release of that material. And many people would see that as being entirely unreasonable.
