Will Zeldin Get 30% of New York City?

There's real fear on the Democratic side of a potential upset. I would still say more likely than not that Hokkul wins, because we are in New York and we have to be realistic. The magic number is 30%. Zeldin needs to get 30% of New York City to win the state. Can he do that? Will there be big turnout in the outer boroughs? And will Hokkul prime supporters in Manhattan and the bougie or parts of Brooklyn stay home?
