The Importance of Expectations in Trading
The paradox of skill says when you think about skill, you have to think about it on two levels. The first is just how good you are, your tools, you know, an athlete,. It would be their athletic performance and so forth. The second way of thinking about skill is relative. And the difference between the very best and the average is less today than it was a generation or two ago. Differential skill has gone away as much as our absolute level of skill has never been higher.
