Do You Call That Inappropriate, Unprofessional Conduct by the Russians?

We understand that the US MQ-9, which is the latest predator drone, was knocked out of the sky by two SU-27 fighter jets. The first one goes over it in international skies and drops fuel oil to blind it,. Number two, the second one tries to dumb fuel but instead of doing that, actually eclipses its wing - costing us at least $32 million. And so this is clearly, this was inappropriate, unsafe, unprofessional conduct by the Russian pilots.
