The book is about Habermas, Hannett and Force. One of the problematics that you're trying to think through one of the foundational questions of the book is how to critical theorists or how can critical theorists ground their normative claims. So maybe you could kind of lay out for us some of the terms of that particular problem that particular question in the way it's going to play out in these chapters on these three thinkers. Yeah okay great so I actually think this is sort of commonly assumed by a lot of critical theoristsmaybe not everyone but that there are there seem to be on the table only two existing options for how to ground one's conception of normativity if one is methodologically committed
