Housing is a human right now. That doesn't mean it can't be an investment. But we as a society have intricately linked housing and investment, and i think those at least should be questioned whether or not they belong together so tightly. So it's going to take a lot to fix vermont's housing crisis but there are still lots of people like our question asker danny who can't or don't want to wait to find home.
