Community Care and Reentry
Community care need to be involved in all of the things that we do yeah absolutely community care is the key there. Trans women are 13 times more likely to be sexually assaulted than other prisoners who are not trans and so that just highlights how there's certain vulnerabilities to certain populations vulnerable populations often categorized as those who are mentally ill, pregnant or transgender. Getting people out of prison is not the end of a process but actually the beginning.
