The Prognosis of Scaphoid Fracture Nonunion
The natural history of disease for scaphoid fracture nonunion is derangement of the normal carpal mechanics, which may lead to progressive and or persistent wrist pain. Complications include osteonochrosis, more common with proximal fracture patterns, and graft failure as well as scaphoid nonunion advanced collapse. We'll talk about in more detail in the next video.
