What's Going on With the Chinese Spy Balloon?

The Pentagon has been pretty guarded saying they're not ruling anything out. This allows our administration and just North America in general, Canada as well, to tell everyone else that, hey, we are surveilling our airspace. So I think it has a lot to do with money. Maybe soft disclosure, project blue beam stuff, but everyone's going crazy. It could be anything. We need more money.
