Didn't Record Jenny Thomas's Deposition on Video?
I am not hugely surprised that Jenny Thomas did not make an appearance. I wouldn't be surprised if the answer was that they've really wanted to get her in and they gave up on the videotaping as a condition of her showing up in the first place. It's also just possible that, you know, maybe she didn't have much to say or maybe the things that she did have to say didn't speak directly to what we were trying to tell with this hearing. And so we may learn more details about that later on, but for now I can't say I was shocked that she did not appear.
