The Meta Challenge of Naming Words in a System

Michael: I just what if you can talk a little bit about how UX writing is so much. In college when you were working on working as a newspaper editor that you started getting really interested in the systems and quoting you here the systems in which words actually do a lot of the work. We're trying to push the user through some sort of funnel where often it's linear but with system design we try to get away from that. Andy: The reason I love system design so much is it helps us be focused on the places where we should be worrying about the creativity and not reinventing the wheel over and over and over again just every time.
