A homeless man in Los Angeles is tired of the city asking him to move or take down his tent. So he built a wooden structure on wheels. The trouble is the non-homeless have built this world and then the homeless don't want to live in it, says CNN's John Sutter. "What would happen if you let the homeless build the world that they want?" asks Sutter.
