Is Mitch McConnell a Minority Leader?

Republicans need to lay out a set of ideas and say, this is the direction we're going to go. We've got literally 21% of the American people think that we're on the right track. Republicans have a responsibility to step up and say, there's a better way to do this. I was stunned to see that seven point six billion dollars was spent on just ads, this election cycle and nothing much moved.
