Carmon's Mummy - The Death Mask
In order to study teuton carmon's mummy, carter's team first had to get it out of its coffins. And that turned out to be a much more difficult job than it first sounds. A further quantity of embalming oil was then poured over the mummy. This had the effect of gluing,. once that embalmingOil had dried, gluing the mummy into the coffins. So carter had a devil of a job extracting the innermost coffin from the middle coffin because those wasas glued together.
