If enacted, the proposed rule would not take into effect until 2029. If and when it is enacted, it's going to help consumers save about $11 billion a year. That's what the president wants to do. The way she wiggles and kind of wanders through that makes it as if it’s going to be something way in the future and this is good for the climate.
