They don't need to be worked too hard. And all these things, which are sort of common sense, except they're not, of course, in the world we live in. So this guy basically never held a formal position. He did loads of training. He was a mentor. You know, he could have conversations with people. The founders used to come to him for advice and such like. But it is a power, but it's a power which is constructive because it doesn't have a formal sort
