I spent decades working with consumer protection and financial inclusion policy issues, both in the government and outside. I reached the same conclusion that you're talking about about 10 years ago. We failed to actually integrate the latest technologies into our own operating systems. So from that perspective, it was a missed opportunity. But on the other side of the equation, not being at a regulator, kids who are reports, we now have the opportunity, in my view, to fill some of those gaps.
