Coach Education - Is There a Certification in Mental Performance?

Most coaches don't have the resources of the means to hire a mental performance coach. But i'd love to know maybe some practical things that any coach could take and start to use with their team and with their athletes. We talk about the mental game, but like you said, we do a lot of talking around it. So let me also clarify that the mental game is more than just motivational speeches. Like i'm i i'm nuts and bolts. I want to get in there. And so if they're coaching, your thinking, even the just the graduate certificate, i soe you've got a master's, agree, you dn't need another one, and you just want
