How to Deal With Negative Comments and Direct Messages
There is always a bit of troubleshooting and firefighting when we're working in this space. I'm going back to the polls here, 14% and not insignificant number of our respondents said that they found replying to comments and direct messages the toughest. It's always deal with it with a happy face, smiley and just remembering that people have got their own stuff going on in their life. They're probably not being nasty to you or annoyed or doing with X, Y and Z because of you, it's because of other stuff.
