The council has agreed to exclude male to female transgender athletes who have been through male puberty from female world ranking competitions. It's a bastion co legendary track and field store now running the international track and field they call it athletics overseas saying transgender women should not be competing against men. This is a new trend in sports. And we're seeing it over again. We saw this cycle champion just decide, you know what?
