Kotlin's Predictability

I'm amazed that you guys were able to pull that off because it seems like there's a lot of, no, no, let's invent it ourselves. We're awesome attitudes. Most of the features in Kotlin and many other languages are mashups of features you would find. Like plus has to mean addition, minus has to mean subtraction. But again, when we invent syntax, sometimes we have to do a novel syntax but again it can be 100% novel.
