How to Make Your Mix Brighter

1K for me is still like a nice midi. Mm-hmm. But it's a bright mid range. It's mid range brightness because 800 Hertz can give you a really full kind of warm mid range, but it's not bright range. And it'll actually make a mix too cloudy if you put too much 800 Hertz in there. Fred: "I just think that brightness comes all across the spectrum, and for me it happens somewhere north of 1K"
