Hochemen was in paris for all or part of the peace conference period, and belonged to a vinemes patriotic group of vinames exiles living in paris. The group that hocemen belonged to once wanted vinames independence, and they sent a letter to the peace conference leaders which was ignored. After late later on, hochemin stayed in france for several more years, became a founding member of the french communist party in 19 20,. then went on to russia, to moscow in 19 23. Then eventually came back into team, of course, and played his rollas the leader ofmy's independence movement after the second world war.
