I hear like in mindfulness training, maybe 15 minutes you have to spend some of the brain brain effects a day. Is there an amount of time that you know you'd have to spend to get some of those maybe mindfulness sort of effects on someone? I would say, what we did is that we start with 10 minutes per minute. And you very soon see how the athlete is responding on this. But for me, a very important part was always to give the athlete the trust. It doesn't matter what he's doing. We will find an extent and we will improve.
