For me, it's always tightness in the chest. If I start to get a bit tight in the chest, or if my breathing gets a bit shallow, always a sign. And you know, around the back of my eyes, when I get that adrenaline spike, that's what I'm like, ah, I probably shouldn't say whatever comes up might just breathe a bit. You've got to read about this stuff. One of the only criticisms I had of Ward 17 was that all they had on the bookshelves were airport novels. They don't want to trigger people with stuff on trauma,. PTSD, war, or whatever.
