Ned's Suicide Letter
A man named peter was rocking around his big property in rhode island. Part of his house ran along route one 38, which is a really busy highway. He would make it a point to go out there once every while and pick up all the trash. Three months later he found what looked like a woman's body inside a garbage bag. The police searched his car, his house but they couldn't reference it because no body had been found. They used an idea that ned got from another person: A tattoo on his ankle left by someone who tried to dispose of her body. But only a few patches of skin remained after being cut off with a hacksaw.
