The author says it's common for people to not have confidence depending on certain situations. Mike: "It's very common to be confident in certain situations versus others" In a story, an expert diver and his co-worker are dared to jump off of a rock. Bob jumps right off the rock with no hesitancy or hesitation; he belly flops into the water. Even though bob didn't perform the jump as as you did, he still had that ability to be confident despite the situation.
