The US and China's Anti-Espionage Laws

It's unclear to me what's really been driving the raids. This is one of the things that concerns the business climate. We don't think China really wants to decouple. We think they probably want to de-risk. The cross-border business is critical for both economies. So I don't see the Chinese having a wide-scale decoupling.
