How Does the Nation at Three Courts Work?
It's the core offering of the nation at three courts to offer disparate resolution services on things that are ambiguous and that are not just executable by a smart contract alone. The way that actually works is indeed through having one a wider system of law i.e. a constitution and a subset of laws that fall under it which creates kind of a framework that judges can make their decisions based on. And then yes so the judges they have the highest stake in the system so same way as parties look collateral into an agreement the judges have collateral in their agreement with a doubt.
