The Criticisms That Vision Has Made of the Stewardship of IRS
Vision has made criticisms of the stewardship of IRS. The Canadian company that set up IRS back in 2014 and was basically the investor manager for most of its time up until early last year is now voting against a number of directors. It remains to be seen, how many of those will vote in line with them,. But certainly for investors that are looking at both the ISS and the glass Lewis there, you have that on one side, but you also see some of the major shareholders now coming out against.
