Florida's 15-Way Ban on Abortion

A west virginia judge to day blocked that state from enforcing its 150 year old abortion band. It's the latest court battle playing out across the country since the supreme court overturned roverses wade, including in florida where a 15 week man was allowed to take effect while on appeal. Still, florida's abortion law is less restrictive than those in neighboring states, meaning many women from out of state come here.
