Are We Really Using Our Land and Property in the Right Way?
Both Melbourne and vancouver have been seeing an almost unbo and run up in housing prices for two decades. The wealthy are able to invest in real estate, right? And there are positive tax implications or benefits to them by being able to do so. So you do wonder about, we'll wait a minute, are we? Are we really using our land and property in th way, especially when there are so many people who need it? I think one we tink, one thing we can save is that if it's politically popular, then it probably will come in.
