How to Be a Better Artist
When I used to work in HR we used to write job descriptions in a way that would deliberately put off anybody who wouldn't fit within the company like if you don't like chaotic environments where things change constantly. It's the same with your art if you're at an art fair or an exhibition or something you don't waste time explaining your work to someone who's never gonna like it. You want to have that connection with the right people and you want them to just walk right by because they're not interested. That's why it's so important to really just go for your own work and make it mean something to you.
