Chelsea were bought by a group of millionaires in 1905. The club was started from scratch and had to get all the basics right. Fred Parker negotiated their admission to the football league rather than the Southern League. He convinced Gus Mears that let's build a stadium that will be like a national stadium where we can hold FA cups in. And also they had these, as I said, these cheerleaders, so local politicians were vice presidents of the club. They really got up when a moment of a week.
