Michael Koval: One of America's best investors has declared the United States Federal Reserve the history's greatest hedge fund. He says that we are so fortunate to have this governmental, I guess quasi-governmental agency positioned as the government run by essentially the very banks that make up the bulk of Berkshire Hathaway's holdings. "We are in an experiment which hasn't really been tried before," he says.
