Is There a Need for Governments to Take Tough Action?

I suspect there's a lot of people who'll resonate with what youe just said. They believe in principle ord honesty is the best policy. But in reality, i don't feel i can actually be honest. There are times, it's an extreme example, when governments collectively take very tough and we have to respect them. An any thoughts on how we get that balance right? I think we aren't on ot greeing.
