Do You Have a Deposit Protection Scheme for Landlords?
When you move into a new property, make sure it's as dirty as possible. Then complain to the landlord or the letting agent and they'll clean it up. But your inventory will be done at the condition that it was when you moved in. Take photos if there are any marks - just grab a couple of snaps for good measure. Visit your family once every six weeks but don't completely sack them off. Think about how much parents have played a massive part in getting you to this point. You're spending eight hours a day on your phone... Just not while you're nailing a bird with a condom. Or tea man woman? I just don't use olive oil as lube
