What Do You Want to Do With Your Conferences?
When you started organizing a conference, were there things that you saw at other conferences that you didn't like or would have done differently? And this is what's going to be different about my conferences. Initially I helped out with Mountain West, and Mountain West was the first regional conference because before that, there actually weren't any regionals. When I started Rocky Mountain Ruby in 2010, which was called Mountain.rb initially, I did think about what do I want to do with that.
