In 19 94, the alpan tribune picked up a story out of fort myers, florida, where jeff was living. He had this whole scheme worked up because his grandpa was in charge of the trust where his inheritance went after his dad and stepmam died. When he did some digging it was all boges, when he was busted,. and jeff was sentenced to life without parole for wire fraud. But eventually, jessie would learn what really happened to her family. And she believes jeff wasn't trying to ther by not telling her.
